1. Refund Eligibility

• This refund policy applies only to our digital product, Mind Armor - The Brain Defence System.

• You must request a refund within 60 days of the order date.

• To be eligible for a refund, you must follow the refund process as outlined below.

2. How to Request a Refund

• To request a refund, please contact us at support@lifecoredynamics.com with your order number, purchase date, and the reason for your request.

• Once your request is received, we will review it and notify you of our decision.

• If approved, the refund will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days of approval.

3. No Physical Return Required

Because Mind Armor is a digital product, no physical return is required. Once your refund is approved, we will revoke access to the digital content associated with your purchase.

4. Limitations & Exclusions

• Refund requests made after 60 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for a refund.

• Any promotional or special-offer purchases may have specific conditions; we reserve the right to limit or deny refunds in those cases consistent with this policy.

• If we determine that the product has been used or accessed in a manner inconsistent with the terms of use, we may, at our discretion, decline a refund.

5. Refund Method & Amount

• Refunds will be issued in the same payment method you used at purchase (where possible).

• The refund amount will generally equal the purchase price less any taxes, fees or charges that are non-refundable by our payment processor.
